Who is responsible?

What data, and why?

When you send an inquiry through the form we receive your name, email address and – if you fill them in – phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message. We only use this data to reply to your inquiry and to prepare a possible stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures).

The form is processed on our own web hosting and forwarded to us by email. We don’t pass your data on to third parties or outside the EU.

How long do we keep it?

Inquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months at the latest. For bookings we keep the data as long as the law requires (e.g. for accounting).

Cookies and external services

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and loads no fonts or maps from third parties. The map in the directions section (OpenStreetMap) is only loaded after you click “Show map”; only then is your IP address sent to OpenStreetMap. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram only open when you click them.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Just send us a message. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
